Jyldyz Academy
The AI-era school for everyone who wasn't born into Silicon Valley
An education platform built on a simple loop: AI is the patient teacher, community is the soul, and every graduate teaches the next star. The original Jyldyz taught 15,000 people across Central Asia for free during COVID; this is V2, rebuilt on Claude. Trilingual (Kyrgyz / Russian / English), with a published manifesto, principles, brand system, and unit-economics model — the full operating system of a mission-driven org, not just an app.
The Challenge
Online learning failed everyone outside the English-speaking developed world. Courses are translated badly, payment rails don't exist, and the 'community' is a Discord nobody reads. Meanwhile AI is rewriting the cost structure of teaching — but the rewrite is happening in San Francisco, not in a village in the Tien Shan.
The Solution
We're building Jyldyz V2 as the Claude-native version of an education organization. Not just a course catalog: a learning engine that adapts to each student's level and language, plus community infrastructure for peer support, plus a builder cohort that ships real products. The whole thing is documented as a public operating system — manifesto, strategy, principles, architecture, unit economics — so the model can be replicated, not just consumed.
The Results
Landing page live with the Learn → Pass it on → Support arc. Documentation tree covering vision, brand, architecture, conventions, runbook, and unit economics — read by partners before they sign. Version 2 is in active build on Next.js 16 + Claude.
