Meta-certified, and it runs on a client's own servers when security requires it.
The Challenge
Support teams drown in repetitive questions across five channels, answers are slow and inconsistent, and regulated clients can't put customer data in someone else's cloud.
The Solution
A multi-model LLM layer (Claude + OpenAI behind a LiteLLM gateway) for routing, failover, and per-tenant cost control, unified across every channel with a Bitrix24 CRM bridge. Prompt-management and evaluation tooling keep quality from drifting. The whole stack can run on the client's own infrastructure.
The Results
Live in production resolving up to 80% of incoming messages without a human. Meta-certified for WhatsApp/Instagram. On-prem deployment available for security-sensitive clients.
