Tikme OS is the enterprise operating system we built for Cool Group, one of Kyrgyzstan's largest garment manufacturers. They were spending around 200 hours a week on planning and task tracking; we cut that by more than 90%. One platform runs the production floor, an internal AI assistant their leadership uses to get answers across the whole company, an employee app, and their customer loyalty and e-commerce.

The Challenge

A major manufacturer ran planning and task tracking across spreadsheets and chat — roughly 200 hours a week of coordination — with no single source of truth and no way for leadership to get cross-company answers fast.

The Solution

We built one operating system across the whole business: production-floor automation, an internal RAG-based AI assistant ('GPT for the company') leadership uses to query company-wide data, an employee mobile app, and customer-facing loyalty and e-commerce. One data model, every surface.

The Results

Cut roughly 200 hours/week of planning and task tracking by more than 90%. Leadership now gets cross-functional answers in natural language; the floor, staff, and customers all run on one platform.
