Two products, one app. Live speech translation is the acquisition hook β pull out your phone in a meeting and translate both directions in real time. Business-English role-play is the retention engine β daily practice scenarios calibrated to your job, with Claude-graded feedback on grammar and tone. First enterprise target: EcoIslamicBank's relationship managers. Flutter clients (iOS/Android/Web) over a Next.js 16 backend with the voice pipeline behind Prisma/Postgres.
The Challenge
Mid-career professionals in Central Asia know they need English to grow. They've also taken five courses that didn't stick. Generic apps (Duolingo, Babbel) don't teach the actual register that gets used in a banking call with an investor. And nobody wants to admit they're stuck β so they need a tool that's useful in the meeting they're having today, not a course they'll start next month.
The Solution
We bundled an immediately-useful tool with a long-game one in the same app. The live translator works in any meeting, instantly β that's the hook that pulls people in. Once they're in, daily 10-minute role-plays drill business English calibrated to their actual job (banking RM, IT lead, founder pitching). Claude grades each response on accuracy, register, and confidence β and the feedback loop builds a personal weakness map that the next session targets.
The Results
Premium visual redesign of the Flutter client shipped. EcoIslamicBank engaged as the first enterprise pilot. Architecture supports white-labeled enterprise tenants from day one.
