GovTech command center: ceremony access control + AI daily briefing for the Office of the President
Two systems in one platform. Ceremony Access Control digitizes the visitor lifecycle for state events: self-registration, passport upload with Vercel Blob private storage, security/admin/president's-team review, and a full audit trail. The Command Center surfaces ministry KPIs, an investor pipeline, and a streaming Claude-powered daily briefing tuned with prompt caching. Trilingual (RU default, EN, KY). Built for the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Challenge
State-level workflows still run on paper, WhatsApp, and ad-hoc spreadsheets β including ones that touch identity documents and national-security-adjacent decisions. Off-the-shelf SaaS isn't an option (data residency, sovereignty, audit). Bespoke govtech is usually a 5-year procurement cycle. We needed to ship in months, not years.
The Solution
We built a tightly-scoped GovTech prototype that proves the loop end-to-end. Visitor self-registration with passport upload (private storage, EXIF-stripped); a multi-stage review queue for security, admin, and the President's office; full audit trail. A second module surfaces ministry KPIs and an investor pipeline, with a streaming Claude Opus daily briefing layered over a Haiku-powered advisory OCR pipeline β both with prompt caching to keep latency and cost low.
The Results
Demo-tier deployment running the full ceremony flow end-to-end across three languages, plus the AI-briefing command center. Architectural decisions explicitly call out the data-residency boundary so production migration to in-country infrastructure is unambiguous.
